My domestic helper, Irene, heard sound of nails being clipped outside her room window that night. She was reading her bible and was afraid. She turned on the CD and played Christian songs. The sound persisted and grew louder as she turned up the volume. She was frozen in fear and smsed me. When i called out to her from my room, she ran up and told me a totally unrelated thing. Never mentioned about this or else i would have gone to her room to verify the sound or looked around my courtyard. Apparently, she stopped reading her bible and went to the living room and turned on the TV. Only slept one hour that night as she feared for the sound.
When i was told of this on Sunday, Isaac reminded me of the 24 hours security camera that has recording function. We traced back to Saturday evening to look for prowlers only to find strange lights that we cannot explain scientifically. They were round dull spots. One moved from the base of my car body and went upwards. The other one travelled across my front porch table. It is humanly impossible for these lights to be projected or shined from a torch. Definitely not from a moving car or external sources outside the house. And if there is a prowler, he would have been stuck on the ceiling of my front porch to be able to project that angle of light. It was bizarre and made our hair ends stood.
It was more bizarre when we were checking it out. As you all know, Dr Lowly and Rachel are in China now. House is left with 4 of us. That Sunday night, we went downstairs to check out the angle and position. Came back upstairs and looked into the camera of the present day recording..... and there, the light appeared again. I wanted to get down to the bottom of this and so went back down with my dad while isaac and irene watched the TV screen. Oh boy, our naked eye didnt see the light but it happened again when we were downstairs. Isaac shouted to us that the light just moved past but we saw nothing. Deduced perhaps the camera lens is not clean and so decided to give it a wipe.
I was not afraid neither was my dad. Isaac seemed indifferent but he was sure it was something extraordinary. Irene was much afraid and she requested to sleep outside my room instead of level one. Didnt want to dwell too much of unexplained stuff, I counselled and encouraged Irene from God's Word and prayed with her. Taking human responsibility, we switched on all the perimeter lights throughout the night so that our neighbour can see clearly if a prowler visits us. We tried to watch the recording for the lights on Monday but didnt see any.
I left for session retreat on Wednesday and just returned home. Isaac told me last night (when i called home to ask how was irene and the rest), he said the hamster cage and other stuff left standing outside her window were knocked down. Chaplin, the cute little hamster, is no where to be found. Rachel will be terribly upset when she comes back (she got him from Uncle Ren Muh and passed on to Irene). I told isaac to tell irene it could be a naughty cat's doing. One thing is for sure, fate of Chaplin is sealed. She cannot locate him and he is probably dead. In fact, he was her pet and she intended to bring home to Philippines in September when she returns. How sad.... i feel so sorry for Chaplin. Poor chap!
I have yet to view the recording for this incident. It should happen during the day coz irene went out to return library books for me yesterday morning.

If its dirt on the lens, it won't move. What you've seen on tape are known to be "orbs" read, heard about them before. Its not a good sign, but, well, we're Christians =)
Well, the adversary does his best to hinder us in any way possible...
Heh, I'm a little curious to see the tape too, its commonly found on some photos, but on video, its rare...
Anyway, keep the faith. After heading through NS, I can only testify of the peace that passeth all understanding that has seen me through many nights and "incidents".
Yes James.... orbs. Google it just now and watched a YouTube 5 min video. Exactly the same but the size caught on my video is bigger than what the lady had seen.
Yup, we are ok. It is Irene. She is still traumatised and cannot have peace sleeping in her room. Please pray for her. Thanks. Oh well, tomorrow Dr Lowly & Rachel will be back & i will tell them. Thanks for praying for us.
