Headache..... argh....

Oh my, headache is back.... probably link to my stress antennae..... sigh.... my subconscious mind always make the fool out of me.

Did prayer list, downloaded audio tapes for Dr Tow and was about to finalise the Cantata & Caroling songs for NTM when it struck.

Hmmm, i will love to blame the weather, blame the external factors than to blame myself.

Popped 2 panadol (last taken more than a week ago and so it is quite safe).

Welcome headache, to my list of dreaded sickness :(

And now.....break for a while till the storm's over.....Lord, help me.
